The Entire Property

Designed for retreats, private events, and unforgettable celebrations, Moroccan Palace offers exclusive access to the entire villa and three luxurious glamping tents, ensuring a seamless and private experience for your group.


The penthouse suite features a grand soaking tub, a stunning outdoor shower, and a rooftop bed ideal for sunbathing or stargazing. The rooftop balcony offers a sky bed, an outdoor lounge, a jacuzzi, and a cold plunge pool — all with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.


On the main level, enjoy a 22-foot-long ocean-view pool and a spacious 12 x 12-foot jacuzzi. Inside, cozy bunk beds connect to a private gym complete with yoga equipment and a full-length mirror, perfect for fitness or relaxation. Expansive communal spaces, three outdoor showers, and four total bathrooms create a setting where luxury and comfort blend effortlessly.


From glowing sunrises to fiery sunsets and starlit evenings, every moment at this Baja oasis is designed to inspire.

The Whole House

DA secluded retreat designed for couples or small groups seeking comfort and tranquility. Enjoy private access to the entire house and its premium amenities while sharing the inviting communal spaces below—such as the pool and patio—with guests staying in the three glamping tents.


The penthouse boasts a rooftop sanctuary featuring a cozy outdoor bed, plush seating, a rejuvenating jacuzzi, and a refreshing cold plunge pool. From this elevated spot, soak in panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, towering mountains, and vibrant desert skies. Spacious balconies provide even more opportunities to bask in the serene surroundings.


For additional guests, the lower level offers cozy bunk beds situated near the gym for privacy and convenience. The gym is fully equipped with free weights, a dual cable machine, yoga props, and a mirrored wall, making it perfect for fitness routines, stretching, or meditation. On the same level, guests can relax by the shimmering 22-foot-long pool and spacious 12 x 12-foot hot tub, both overlooking the tranquil ocean.

At Moroccan Palace, hospitality is a way of life. Jules and Scott have built a sanctuary inspired by their love for Baja’s natural beauty and relaxed spirit. Having spent years in La Ventana, Jules brings her passion for wellness and healing to every corner of the Palace, creating a space designed for restoration and re-connection.


With a background in massage therapy and acupuncture spanning over three decades, Jules infuses the property with a calming energy that guests feel from the moment they arrive. Alongside her, Scott shares a deep appreciation for outdoor living, adventure, and the welcoming spirit that defines life by the Sea of Cortez.

  • Is shuttle or transportation service available?

    Yes, we offer shuttle services to and from the property by request.

  • Will I need a rental car during my stay?

    We can either arrange a shuttle for you, from and to the airport, or you can check our local ride-sharing site. Alternatively, you could rent a car. If you decide you want to do some sightseeing, water sports or exploring it is nice to have a car, and all of the local dining spots are more than walking distance away.

  • How much money should I bring?

    You will need cash for your taxi if you are getting one, and for local incidental purchases. There are some cash-only restaurants in town, and our local ATMS rarely work.

  • Do stores accept US dollar

    You can use dollars at the local stores but probably best not to bring large denominations as they may not have much change. There are 3 ATMS in town, and many banks in La Paz, which is a 40 minute drive away.

  • What type of clothing should I pack?

    Most days you will be quite comfortable with a swimsuit or shorts and T-shirt. A sweatshirt or windbreaker is sometimes nice for cool and windy days. Nights can sometimes be quite cool, especially in December and January. “UGG” or similar fleece boots are great to slip into after a day of sailing.

  • Typical wetsuit needed for kiting or windsurfing

    Our water temps never get below mid-70s even in the middle of winter (Jan & Feb), so generally a shorty or spring suit (long legs/short sleeves) is fine, 3mm/2mm thickness. BUT if you are learning to water start or body dragging with your kite (i.e. spending more time in the water) you may want something thicker than that. In the fall and late spring, usually all you need are a pair of shorts and maybe a 1mm neoprene top.

  • Are wellness services like massages or yoga available?

    Yes, we offer acupuncture, massages, yoga, and sound healing sessions by appointment.

  • Can you help plan activities like kiteboarding or ATV adventures?

    Absolutely, we can coordinate kiteboarding lessons, ATV rentals, and more.
